“Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We got in early from the airport and staff held our luggage while we went out exploring. An easy cab ride to get to Pizzale Roma for access to Venice. Staff was willing to order cabs as needed. Had a nice dinner one evening on site as well, nice bar/seating area. The breakfast had a nice selection of American items. All the staff spoke English and were extremely cordial. Would stay here again!”
“Lovely experience. The rooms were super confortable. The service and staff were exeptional - especially Stefania in F&B that was super friendly and helpul. The hotel is located just outside of Venice - it takes about 30min door to door to get into the city. Either by train from Mestre Ospedale or with a bus and tram located just 5min from hotel. It is a clean hotel and quiete. There is a lot of space and light. They have a few conference rooms that attract business groups, but also families and visitors. Parking is verry accessible.”
“The Voco Venice is fabulous ! The two connecting rooms for a family of four is so spacious ! The front desk was so kind and welcoming . She spent a lot of time explaining the bus and train system to us , which we really appreciated . We were greeted with a free drink , welcome cookies and a sweet candy treat in our room upon arrival ! The lobby is beautiful with fun games for the kids , the cocktails were great with a very charming helpful bartender ! Most importantly the beds and pillows are very comfortable after a very tough sleep in Rome last night , I really needed this. I definitely recommend this hotel .”
